It's the body, mind or heart's natural way of bringing itself back into alignment and balance. When we heal a physical injury we are left with a scar. When we heal an emotional injury we are left with wisdom from our experiences. Each one requires us to rest, take time away from what we are doing and give ourselves the space our MindBody needs to go through its natural restorative processes.
Medications and medical treatments of course can help you. You should always consult your physician before making lifestyle changes. However, the main thing responsible for us actually “healing” and feeling better is allowing the natural processes of our bodies to run their course.
A huge proponent of holistic healing involves our mindset, how we talk to ourselves and what we believe. If our mindset is in alignment with our natural healing process, it will be faster and more efficient.
If you dread the process, have a negative mindset, harbor self-limiting beliefs then you will avoid the necessary actions you need to take to actually heal.
Healing the symptoms and illnesses also involves healing your mind and emotions because they are closely linked to one another.
Hi! My name is Robyn Narciso, I am a certified & trained Women's Holistic Hormone Health Practitioner specializing in Peri-menopause and Menopause. I am also the creator of The R .E.D. Method. This program was inspired by the hundreds of women I've worked with over the past 8 years, who had such incredible stories of self-transformation, healing and breakthroughs.
Their stories of hardship, and the will to find healing within themselves gave me the courage to really study something I myself feared-aging and menopause. My share of life events left an imprint of worry, shame and fear in me. As a teenager, I witnessed my own mother going through a debilitating mood disorder, extreme panic attacks, high paranoia of dying any moment and depression for over a decade.
Looking back with a deeper understanding and education of women's health,
I can now say that 90% of my mother's mental & emotional hardships were tied to menopause. At that time, her doctors were just giving her antidepressants and sleeping pills. No one in my family ever thought of checking on her hormone imbalances. The idea that her lifestyle was exacerbating this was totally foreign to us. We were left with the idea that our mother was going through some kind of mental and emotional illness.
The truth is she was actually experiencing the symptoms of menopause. Her lifestyle was making these symptoms worse without her even knowing it. She was under constant work stress from running our family business, she hardly did any exercise and spent most of her days sitting down behind her desk. She always ate high fatty foods with high carbs and minimal nutritious whole foods. She was also addicted to coffee and loved tasty fast food. Although these things brought her a fleeting sense of comfort, they were making her symptoms far worse.
Years later, I discovered that hormonal imbalances effect women in different ways. Studies show that these imbalances are linked to stress, lifestyle, mindset and one's emotional health.
Fast forward to 2023. My Mom is doing well, she no longer takes any antidepressants and is now into all natural healing. I proudly credit myself for that last part.
Instead of going though a mid-life crisis, I want you to find Midlife Calmness.
Have you tried to find relief from hot flashes, like taking special medications or topical progesterone creams? They may have worked for a few months and you probably felt really good. However, somewhere along the way, a life event happened that sent you on an emotional roller coaster. You notice that the hot flashes are back, your body starts to ache in different places, plus other symptoms are making your health worse.
If you don't make a change in what you are doing, do you think it could it get any worse than it already is now?
A woman's body in menopause is in a constant state of change & fluctuation. Although our entire system is designed for homeostasis, it requires more support as we age . It can be supported by things in our immediate control such as diet, exercise and lifestyle changes.
Our bodies are like machines. When they are new and fresh out of the box, they work perfectly and can perform at their best. Their moving components operate smoothly and each part functions properly with ease.
As time passes, machines and bodies alike go through an aging process. The older a machine is, the more maintenance and attention it requires to function properly. If you had a 1965 classic Shelby Mustang GT and never took care of it, you probably wouldn’t be able to drive it now in 2023.
However, if you did take special care of it, then it would probably still run fine as a high performance classic car.
The same is true for our human bodies. When we are young, we are full of life. We have energy, zest, youth and vibrancy. Our injuries heal faster, our organ systems function better and we need less maintenance.
As much as we may dread this fact, aging is unavoidable. All things and people can never escape time. As we age our bodies change. If we are not aware of these changes and we do what we have always done, we experience more discomfort, illness and stress.
However, if we are aware of our natural aging process and implement customized self care practices, we will be able to still enjoy doing the things we love. We will be able to live lives free of unnecessary injuries and discomforts and we can still look and feel good.
Conscious aging is embracing your natural process. It is being aware of what you need to do to keep your body healthy by adjusting your lifestyle, diet and habits to be in alignment with your body’s unique aging process.
The R.E.D Method is inspired by the design thinking model. It provides a solution-based approach to address feminine health issues. It is a flexible, step-by-step process that incorporates multiple elements of holistic wellness.
Each block is interchangeable and can be arranged according to your individual needs.
The R.E.D. Method is designed to reduce the symptoms of menopause by helping you implement practical lifestyle changes. These changes are always in line with YOU. We will work together to design changes that fit your body, personality and what is right for YOU as an individual.
These are what I call the "Eight Building Blocks of Midlife Calmness". They are the elements needed to create a sense of peace, calmness and balance during your transition through menopause. These 8 pillars are the foundational basis of the method, incorporating a holistic range of lifestyle adjustments needed to ease your transition.
This is a holistic, natural, evidence-based program that will help you move towards designing a lifestyle that is in alignment with you, your body and the natural changes that are happening. These are not extreme, restrictive nor uncomfortable because they will be customized and aligned to your specific needs.
This program is meant to be informative, practical and to get you results. Once we work together to redesign your lifestyle, you will be empowered with easy-to-apply tools and natural remedies that will ease your symptoms, give you peace of mind, regulate your diet and make this overall transition much easier.
You've dedicated quite a big portion of your life towards your family & your career. Now during this transition, you also need to give love and care back to yourself.
If you don't change what you are doing, where do you think things will go from here on out? Where do you see yourself in the coming years?
I will empower you to be able to make small and realistic changes that you can start RIGHT NOW.
These changes will benefit your overall state of health.
The premise of The R.E.D.Method is healing your mind body and spirit as one unified unit. I look at YOUR entire WELL-BEING, not just on what is going on in the body physically in terms of symptoms, but also on the close inter-relation of your psychological, emotional, social, spiritual , energetic and environmental nature.
My expertise is rooted in combining the best practices from both the ancient natural healing systems such as Ayurveda and Eastern Medicine with the latest evidence-based studies & research. Holistic treatments have been practiced for centuries by herbalists, folk healers, and even modern day health practitioners. Combining the two schools of thought is the most efficient and practical use of both of these schools of knowledge in the modern day.
I am a Women’s Holistic Hormone Health Practitioner trained by The MindBodyFood Institute, an accredited health institution through the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine, The Complementary Medical Association, International Institute for Complementary Therapists, and The Accredited Counselors, Coaches, Psychotherapists, and Hypnotherapists.
I have an extensive background of over 8 years in Holistic Healing modalities as a certified Hatha Yoga, & Medical Qigong Teacher, Ayurveda Therapy Practitioner, Pranayama Breathing Instructor, Sound Healer and NADA Acudetox specialist ( auricular acupuncture).
I am currently pursuing advanced education in Functional Nutrition as part of my career development, with a specific focus on specializing in women's holistic health. This additional knowledge will empower myself and clients so I can provide even more comprehensive and effective support for women seeking to achieve balanced and vibrant hormonal well-being.
After working with so many women over the years, I noticed that there was an unaddressed need for guidance during menopause. I decided to take action and provide a solution. I created the R.E.D. Method as a virtual or in-person mentoring, educational guidance, and a strategic, holistic-lifestyle design system that will help women ease through their aging and menopause transition, naturally.
I pride myself on being able to help my clients become aware of their bodies. I empower women through education and I co-create a healthy lifestyle that fits for them. My clients tell me that after working with me, they feel like they have more energy, a stronger and more active body, a more fulfilling life, greater sense of purpose, more confidence, creativity and above all else, minimal symptoms of menopause.
I find great joy in knowing that I help women enjoy the rest of their golden years and live their lives to the fullest. After we work together, you won’t be held hostage by your hormones anymore.
Rather, you’ll be able to ease through this transition gracefully with peace, calm, clarity and control.

WHHHP have a different scope of practice and skill set than an OB/GYN. An OB/GYN can diagnose and treat medical conditions and symptoms related to menopause with prescription medications. WHHHP act as Hormone health educators & lifestyle mentors by providing recommendations & guidance usage for herbal supplements and vitamins. As a WHHHP, my main focus is to support you in implementing healthy, natural and holistic methods through lifestyle remedies to better manage and minimize menopause symptoms.

I will outline the 8 building blocks of the program and find what approach will work best for you. At the end of your first call, I will provide you with a customized action plan for you to move forward during our follow on sessions. From there the follow-up calls will discuss the strategies and recommendations made on the previous call(s) and continue to build on these to support you in feeling your best. I'll also provide accountability and moral support.
I can support women in menopause in many ways. There is no one size fits all approach when it comes to women's health, so I help each of my clients co-create a lifestyle, nutrition, movement and mindfulness program that is right for their individual needs, that optimizes their hormone health.
Absolutely. You can communicate with me via email between calls. This is great for accountability around implementing healthy habits, and it’s a really easy way to ask questions when they are on your mind.
Lifestyle changes and support refer to helping you change habits that seem normal on the outside, but actually have a negative impact to your hormone health and overall quality of life. These include nutrition, avtivity, sleep, stress management, and appropriate supplementation to name a few.
Personalized health recommendations are more likely to be effective. Behavioral Science indicates that personalized approaches are more likely to provide sustainable healthy changes over a longer period of time. As science and research, in providing optimal health care continues to evolve, we are learning more and more that there is no one-size-fits-all approach. This is very much true during menopause as well. What works for your friend may not be what works for you. The recommendations that I provide are based on YOU, YOUR goals, YOUR current health, and YOUR lifestyle.
The R.E.D. Method provides structure, and organized content that can measure your progress from start to finish. Since, there is a chronological system that outlines how to take the action steps and provides accountability, growth is measured by the daily habits you are implementing in your life. The results of each individual varies based on the state of your health, the medications, and or supplements you are taking, your exercise regime, diet nutrition, and the most important of all is mindset during the program.
