Most women — and most professionals who work with women — never learn about the HPO (Hypothalamic–Pituitary–Ovarian) axis or the HPA (Hypothalamic–Pituitary–Adrenal) axis.

These systems sit at the core of female health, yet they are almost entirely absent from standard health, coaching, fitness, and even nutrition education.

Stress physiology is the single most influential force on a woman’s hormones, metabolism, digestion, mood, skin, fertility, and immune system.

Level 2 is a premium, deep-dive 1:1 mentorship designed to teach you how stress, hormones, metabolism, and the brain communicate — and how these communication breakdowns show up in real women’s lives.

Across 6 private sessions, you will learn how the HPO and HPA axes work individually, how they interact, and how disruptions create real symptoms your clients experience every day:

Online Learning

Level 2 consists of 6 private 1:1 sessions, delivered once per week over Zoom.


Each session is 90 mins which includes:

  • 60 minutes of deep education
     
  • 30 minutes of real-case application and Q&A
     
  • Session recordings with 4 months access
     
  • Learning guides and summaries
     

Investment: $2,700.00 USD

Because of the depth and attention required,  only 2 mentees are accepted per month.

Enrollment Requirements

To apply for Level 2, you must:

  • Have completed or already mastered the foundations taught in Level 1
     
  • Understand the menstrual cycle, ovulation, and female hormonal physiology
     
  • Have a working knowledge of metabolic and thyroid function
     
  • Be actively working with women (clients, students, patients, or community members)
     

This ensures that the deep-dive content is relevant, applicable, and well-integrated.
